This quality antique peridot, pearl, and paste necklace represents the suffragette movement, and it is modelled in 9ct yellow gold. The pendant is fully hallmarked for 1907 during the Edwardian era.
Suffragettes took to their jewellery to display their involvement in the movement and it became instantly recognisable by the colours of Purple, White and Green. The Green represented hope, White represented purity and Purple represented dignity.
The stones in this piece are superb quality adding colour and interest, making this piece a real conversation starter.
The pendant hangs on a fine 9ct Gold 16 inch chain.

CONDITION
This antique suffragette necklace dates to the Edwardian era, c.1907, yet remains in great condition. There is some patina on the gold, in keeping with age, and one Paste stone has a very small chip - only seen under magnification. However, the pendant remains in great condition for its age and the chain is suitable for daily wear.

If you require ring sizing, please get in touch. Most of our rings can be sized. This usually takes 7 days. We charge a small fee of £30 for standard sizing. Sizing of 3 sizes or more may be subject to an additional cost.

We gladly accept layaway on all items in our shop.
All pieces may be reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit.
After the deposit is made, you then have 2-4 months to complete the outstanding balance at your own convenience without any pressure from us.
We usually ask items under £250 to be paid within 2 months and any items over £250 to be paid within 3-4 months. But this can be discussed to suit you.
If a layaway is cancelled, the deposit amount is non-refundable. You are only eligible for shop credit if a layaway item is returned.
