This rare Victorian watch chain necklace is a true statement piece crafted in warm 9ct rose gold. It features rare circular links accented by round belcher links at the join, making the design distinctive and elegant. Every link is stamped with the '9 .375' hallmark, ensuring authenticity and quality throughout.

The necklace features two dog clip fasteners and a classic T-bar drop, both of which have matching maker's marks. The central link is hallmarked for Birmingham and bears the date letter 'e', indicating that this piece was made in 1879. This is particularly special, as we rarely see chains this old!

CONDITION
This antique chain necklace remains in good condition. All components are original, and the links are solid. There is solder on some the links and evidence of a small repair to one of the middle links. The two dog clips are all in working order, securing the chain together perfectly.

If you require ring sizing, please get in touch. Most of our rings can be sized. This usually takes 7 days. We charge a small fee of £45 for standard sizing. Sizing of 3 sizes or more may be subject to an additional cost.

We gladly accept layaway on all items in our shop. 
All pieces may be reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit. 
After the deposit is made, you then have 2-4 months to complete the outstanding balance at your own convenience without any pressure from us. 
We usually ask items under £250 to be paid within 2 months and any items over £250 to be paid within 3-4 months. But this can be discussed to suit you. 
If a layaway is cancelled, the deposit amount is non-refundable. You are only eligible for shop credit if a layaway item is returned.
